		<description>Great post Nate! Thanks for sharing the links. I am actually most excited about Create Some Excitement, but not just because it is a one-way street. Because they see sharing as a dialgue and welcome learning from others.  We do a lot of that person to person, but not as much from org to org.  If we can connect the person to the org, it streamlines the connections and the sharing.</description>
