		<description>I agree - it was a wonderful program!  The presenters all offered innovative and concrete ways to s-t-r-e-t-c-h staff.  

I especially liked San Jose&#039;s plan to staff the public service area based on the following axiom:  When 80% of assistance needed is NOT librarian, why are you essentially placing your doctor in the waiting room?</description>
