Curtis is headlining the 2008 PLA President’s Program during the 2008 ALA Annual Conference. The event will take place on Monday, June 30, from 5-6:30 p.m. in the Convention Center Arena. Books will be sold starting approximately 30 minutes prior to the event. Due to timing constraints, she can only sign 200 books. The first 200 people to purchase a book (one book per person) will be given a ticket for the book-signing, which will take place after the event. Unfortunately, only those possessing said ticket will be able to get their book signed. Also, Curtis is unable to accommodate requests for photos, just as an fyi.

PLA thanks HarperCollins Children’s Books for their support of this event. Following the program, including the presentation of PLA awards, attendees are welcome to join PLA President Jan Sanders for a gala, music-filled reception. The reception will take place in the Arena Plaza.
