		<description>I am curious to know how much time per week you are "on duty" - in other words, are you roaming 6-7 hours per day?  Also, as regards "desk time", does anyone see the need for public service librarians to perform tasks which just might recharge their batteries, or have those tasks been handed over to people at "headquarters".  The burnout factor is something that needs to be considered seriously.  As regards staff "buy-in", that often depends on the "sell job" they get - is it a respectful, interactive process, or are they given the "change" mantra as a shaming mechanism?T</description>
