		<description>I&#039;m really glad you&#039;re covering the Youth stuff - I&#039;ve wanted to catch more of those sessions but the schedule seems to be so packed with things!

I really agree heartily with the &quot;move things around&quot; idea.  No point in having a static, staid collection.  It needs to be as dynamic as our teens are.  This is something that a Teen Advisory Board can really help with.  They will keep it real!</description>
