CREATE YOUNG READERS: EMERGENT LITERACY
“Preschool children will have programs and services designed to ensure that
they will enter school ready to learn to read, write, and listen.” (definition care of the service response draft).

    Regardng the Creat Young Readers: Emergent Literacy PSR, the ‘Facility” resources should include:
    Interactive Learning Materials
    Realia, manipulatables, props and other items to stimulate imagination & vocabulary
    Book bins for face-out display of picture books
