		<description>Just a heads-up, the links for the ala.org/rural and "Toolkit for Winning Support" point back to the PLA Blog, not the ALA sites.  Thanks for letting us not there know about these resources - they look to be useful.  

But why, oh why, are they having people print out and fax the survey back to them?  At least give us an online option to answer the survey.</description>
