San Antonio Here We Come

Just a quick note that the PLA Blog will be out in force at ALA Midwinter in San Antonio. We are also celebrating our 1 year anniversary this week.

I would also like to schedule some sort of informal get together for anyone who wants to meet the bloggers and talk shop. I assume that the main hotel will have a bar, so it might be easier for us to meet there. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

   I hope we can all hook up at some point. Fer sure at the Salon, but when else? Saturday after 6 is good for me. Since I’m not in swank digs this year, which is the main hotel? Marriott? (and…I think there are two Marriots.)

   I posted a new thread on the blog wiki. There’s a date/time/place now set for the PLA Blogger meetup to happen. check out the wiki for more details, but in short, it’s: Saturday night at 6pm at the Marriott Rivercenter bar. Looking forward to meeting some other bloggers there! - Ryan
