Teen Read Week @ Franklin Park Library (IL)
Laura Crossett, Teen Librarian at Franklin Park Library in Illinois, wrote in to us about her fabulous display and reading lists for Teen Read Week.
One display is titled “Get Real About Your Rights,” including a quotation from Laurie Halse Anderson’s Speak. The corresponding bibliography includes sections on “Teen Rights,” “Juvenile Court,” “Issues and Cases,” “Web Resources on Young People’s Rights,” and more. Interesting resources include:
