From my perspective, one of the best aspects of Council proceedings was that there were opportunities for debate which did not include personal attacks. Some of my Council friends and I can disagree on the content of a resolution, and on the approach to an issue, and still remain cordial afterwards. I am glad you are considering another term on Council. I have always found it to be rewarding (perhaps because I enjoy "politics" with a small "p.")
