MPOWER card allows statewide borrowing in Maryland

Maryland’s new MPOWER program has been getting significant media play all weekend, leading up to the launch of the program during NLW.

The new statewide library card allows patrons to borrow from any library across Maryland (while still following local rules on due dates, fines, etc.), and allows libraries to access all patron records in the system, regardless of home library. Congratulations, Maryland!
